The thickness of the film is then set according to the demand, and the film is blown into a long cylinder using circular air cooling processes. Once the air has cooled the cylinder, it is then rolled into a semi-finished product of a biodegradable plastic bag. The production of a single bag requires several processes, including film blowing, pressing molding, printing with environment-friendly ink, and cutting. With these processes completed, a biodegradable plastic bag that is kinder to the environment is produced.
Process of degradation

When exposed to normal sun, soil, and water, these products can fully degrade in around a year.
